Meet Our Founder, Kevin Harris
Our founder and CEO Kevin Harris served as the first marketing executive to oversee the development and management of the inaugural marketing campaign for global brand Western Union in the Bahamas. He was also the Marketing Assistant for British American Bank (now Fidelity Bank) and is the founder and President of the Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards.
Kevin has also had the opportunity to function as the local entertainment coordinator for Grammy Award Winner BeBe Winans during the historic opening of the world renowned Atlantis Resorts (Bahamas) Phase 2, which included performances by Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder, Stephanie Mills, Donnie McClurkin and Michael Jackson. He served in a similar capacity for Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Production during the staging of the first taping of the Oprah Winfrey Show at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Harris was appointed by former Prime Minister the Most Honorable Dr Hubert A Minnis and his Cabinet as Director General of Bahamas Information Services (BIS), the public relations agency for the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas (2018 -2021). Kevin was subsequently appointed by the Cabinet of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas to serve as Personal Assistant with responsibility for Public Relations & Communications to the Leader of His Majesty’s Loyal Opposition the Hon. Michael C Pintard (2022-2023).
He returned to the private sector and officially launched his new public relations and marketing firm, Oracle Media Consultants in April of 2023.
